Cinnamon Peanut Butter Pancakes

High Enegry protein breakfast!

Cinnamon Peanut Butter Pancakes

1/3 cup of old -fashion oatmeal
4 egg whites
1 tablespoon of natural peanut butter
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
Stevia, to taste-(or whatever sweetener you like)
Cooking spray

Combine first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl, mixing for about 1 minute. Lightly spray a skillet with cooking spray and preheat medium setting. Pour batter and cook until pancake firms,them flip and cook on the other side. - This recipe makes 2 servings. ENJOY!!!!! :-)
